Unable to Log in / Enhanced Account Access Requirements

For your protection, you will be periodically asked to change your password prior to accessing your vDeck Hosting Account. For added security, you will be asked to authenticate yourself prior to accepting the change. We strongly recommend that you choose a secure password - ie, one that does not sound like a word, and contains at least one non-alphanumeric character - eg., !@#$%^&*. Your new password may not be the same as your old one.

What if something does not work after changing the password? Here's a quick list of what to try:

STEP 1:
Please retry your login information for vDeck. If you are asked to verify security, please do so using one of the four methods and reset your password. Once the password is reset, you may log into vDeck and change the password for any of the other services, which may not be working.

IF PHPMYADMIN does not work:
Please clear your browser’s cookies as they may contain the older invalid password. Upon doing so, please try logging in. If you are still unsuccessful, please log into vDeck and click Preferences. Change the MySQL password, which will resolve issues with PHPMYADMIN authentication.

IF FTP does not work:
Please log into vDeck and click Preferences. You can change your FTP password there. If this is for a secondary FTP user, please log into vDeck, click Host Manager, then choose FTP Manager. You can reset FTP passwords for secondary users there.

IF FRONTPAGE password does not work:
You may need to uninstall and reinstall the FrontPage extensions. To do so, please log into vDeck, and click Settings. Then choose FrontPage. You may uninstall and reinstall here. Before doing so, you MUST have a backup of your FrontPage site. If not, your files may be lost in the process.

IF EMAIL password does not work:
Please log into vDeck and click Preferences. You may change the email password there. If this is for a secondary user, please log into vDeck, click email, then choose Accounts. You may change secondary email passwords there.

IF VDECK LOGIN does not work:
Please visit www.contactwebworxlive.com and submit an incident. Be sure to include the last 4 digits of the password on file, the domain name, the current password, and the issue you are experiencing.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
